Kaisen Creative Studio USA LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective: August 9, 2026

This policy describes the intended data flow for the supplied WordPress, Elementor, Stripe, Google Sheets and optional GoHighLevel system. Configure a consent banner and have privacy counsel review the policy before advertising in multiple U.S. states or Mexico.

1. Who we are

Kaisen Creative Studio USA LLC (“Kaisen”) operates kaizencreative.pro and provides creative production, organic social media, advertising, automation and business-to-business marketing services. Contact: info@kaizencreative.pro; 10228 E Northwest Hwy #1091, Dallas, TX 75238, United States.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact and business information, including name, company, email, phone, industry, website and service interests.
  • Order information, selected plan, billing cycle, add-ons, totals, contract version, acceptance records and electronic signature.
  • Quote-request information, including requested services, project description, desired outcome, expected budget range, timeline, service or production location and preferred contact method.
  • Transaction identifiers and subscription status received from Stripe. Kaisen does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers in WordPress or Google Sheets.
  • Technical and marketing information, such as IP address, browser/device data, page URL, referrer, UTM parameters, Meta click identifiers, cookies and advertising events.
  • Messages, approvals, files and other information supplied during the client relationship.

3. How we use information

  • Provide quotes, checkout, subscriptions, invoices, service delivery and customer support.
  • Save carts, detect incomplete checkout and follow up on requested services.
  • Maintain business, consent, cancellation, fraud-prevention and accounting records.
  • Measure advertising, create remarketing audiences and improve campaigns where consent or another lawful basis is required.
  • Send service communications and, with required consent, marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing email without affecting transactional messages.
  • Comply with law, enforce agreements and protect people, systems and rights.

4. Cookies, Meta Pixel and remarketing

The site may use essential storage for cart continuity and optional analytics/advertising technologies such as Meta Pixel. Meta events may include PageView, ViewContent, Lead, AddToCart, RequestQuoteItem, RequestQuote, InitiateCheckout and Purchase, together with service identifiers, billing cycle and value. Advertising cookies should remain blocked until the visitor makes the consent choice required in that visitor’s jurisdiction.

Visitors can use the cookie-preference tool, browser controls and platform ad settings. Disabling optional tracking does not prevent basic checkout or quote submission, although measurement and personalization may be limited.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by providers necessary to operate the system, including WordPress/hosting, Elementor, Stripe, Google Workspace/Sheets, email delivery, optional GoHighLevel, Meta and professional advisers. Each provider processes data under its own terms and may operate in different countries. Kaisen does not sell complete payment-card information. Any use of data for cross-context behavioral advertising will follow applicable notice and opt-out requirements.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, legal/accounting records, disputes, security and legitimate business needs. Cart, lead and quote records may be deleted or anonymized under a documented retention schedule. Kaisen uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Choices and privacy requests

Depending on residence and applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or an appeal, and may opt out of certain advertising or marketing uses. Submit a request to info@kaizencreative.pro with enough information to verify the request. Authorized-agent requests may require proof of authority. Kaisen will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising a privacy right.

8. Mexico and international visitors

Information submitted from outside the United States may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where service providers operate. Kaisen will use appropriate notices, consents and contractual safeguards when required. Mexican visitors may ask about access, rectification, cancellation or opposition rights through the contact above.

9. Children, external links and changes

The services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. External websites are governed by their own policies. Kaisen may update this policy prospectively and will post a new effective date; material changes will receive additional notice where required.
