Nothing important is hidden in the final click. The checkout repeats the current policy and records the exact terms version, required acknowledgements, typed signature and Stripe transaction reference.

Cancellation and refund summary
  • Monthly cancellation stops a future renewal when submitted before it is processed; it normally does not refund the current paid period after work begins.
  • Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months. Cancellation stops the next annual renewal and normally does not convert the current term to monthly billing.
  • Approved third-party costs, reserved production capacity and completed or commenced work remain payable as described in the Terms.
  • Non-waivable legal rights and remedies for Kaizen's uncured material breach remain available.

This service builds consistent organic presence and commercial credibility. It does not guarantee leads, appointments or revenue. For active acquisition, review Generate Opportunities.

Can I add CRM or follow-up automation?

Yes, through a separate fixed package or written scope. See Stop Losing Leads. It is not silently included in a content subscription.

What if I am not sure which plan fits?

Start with the Commercial Presence Audit. The audit is a paid diagnostic and does not force an implementation purchase.

Who owns the final content?

After full payment, the Client receives the license stated in the Terms for final approved deliverables. Raw footage, source files, reusable systems and third-party assets remain excluded unless expressly purchased in writing.
