arnold@kaizencreative.proKAIZEN TEAM · REAL PEOPLE · SCOPE-BASED COLLABORATION
Kaizen gives every engagement an accountable commercial lead: Arnold sets direction, protects the decision path and brings in the right specialists across strategy, production, content, design, automation and distribution.
No anonymous handoff · no implied assignment · no unnecessary layers.

THE TEAM MODEL, PLAINLY
Arnold brings Executive Producer judgment, Senior Project Manager discipline and Scrum Master / Product Owner practice to complex projects. His experience includes leading Creative Core at Amber in Guadalajara and coordinating Ultra Music Festival 2018, Cumbre Tajín 2018 and Conque Querétaro 2018.
The collaboration network expands only when the scope requires it. Your proposal identifies the lead, deliverables, approval path, timing and outside costs; a portrait represents the network, not a promise of assignment or employment status.
