Cancellation by email
If the portal is unavailable, send a written request from the email associated with your subscription. Include your legal name, company, selected plan, and requested action.
Prepare cancellation emailDo not include your full card number, password, security code, or government identification.
When cancellation takes effect: a request is effective when submitted through the portal or received at the designated cancellation email. If submitted before the next renewal is processed, no additional recurring charge will be made. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and does not create a prorated refund.
